The inspiration to paint the Dancers series came about when I was craving for freedom of expression. Professionally trained as an architect, I have been drawing buildings for many years and the Dancers series was a way to express my art in a different capacity – free of codes, rules and regulations. The name for the pieces were inspired by the strong women in my life.
